Dr. Bruce Thomas dedicates his practice to bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, personalized nutritional assessment, tailored nutritional supplementation, physical fitness, and lifestyle coaching targeting the optimization of one’s quality of life. It is his goal to help both men and women alleviate symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue, depression, sexual dysfunction, and loss of joy brought on by menopause, andropause, adrenal fatigue and thyroid disorders.
Dr. Thomas is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and made the transition to anti-aging, regenerative and integrative medicine to utilize preemptive techniques to help patients maintain health and enjoy a better quality of life. Dr. Thomas believes that by incorporating a healthy lifestyle that includes regular fitness, stress-reducing techniques, proper nutrition and hormone balance, his patients can ward off disease and maintain youthful energy and vitality.
Upon completing his internship in Internal Medicine at the Washington Hospital Center, located in Washington D.C., Dr. Thomas went on to complete his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in the Nation’s capital. Dr. Thomas’s educational background also includes being an active member of the fellowship in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).

Dr. Heidi Archer is passionate about providing her patients with all the benefits of integrative medicine and wellness, and anti-aging. Using customized wellness strategies, individually tailored to address each patient’s specific needs, Dr. Archer combines integrative medicine techniques and natural bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to help patients find relief from symptoms of hormonal imbalance while restoring energy levels, improving mental clarity and enhancing overall health and wellness.
Dr. Archer decided to transition into regenerative and integrative medicine so that she could focus more on disease prevention, rather than disease management. She has completed extensive training provided by the fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
Dr. Archer earned her medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1991 and trained at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. There, she served as the Chief Resident and has been honored by her colleagues as one of the best in Washington Magazine’s Top Doctors issue.
